Errata 1.1 coming soon for CB Core Rules (and Gear Guide)

This is just an update to tell all fans of CyberBlood and our followers that both the CyberBlood Core Rules and Gear Guide will be receiving an errata 1.1 update for free that will be making a number of changes. All specific changes will be detailed in the update post themselves but generally speaking the 1.1 update will include the following:

• Typo Fixes:
  Spelling corrections, grammatical changes, and residual naming errors leftover from previous versions of CyberBlood's development. A duplicate weapon has been removed from the Gear Guide.

• Formatting Fixes:
  Various sections of the 1.0 version of the books have formatting errors due to exporting the files into PDF. These are caused by software, and shouldn't effect gameplay but should make the game easier to read, run, and play for GMs and players. Examples include making weapon special effects occupy only one line.

• Rule Clarifications:
  Various sections have been rewritten to better reflect the intended in-game behavior they're meant to inform and facilitate. These changes are largely quality of life, such as simplifying sentences.

• Balance Changes:
The 1.1 version doesn't include a large amount of balance changes, but does significantly alter the way several weapons work to make them feel more varied and unique. Several weapons have had their classification changed, some have been moved to gadgets, several have had stat changes, pricing changes, and special effect alterations. The same goes for gadgets.
As a much requested change, several drugs have had their prices reduced significantly. It will be left to GMs to maintain the verisimilitude of the CyberBlood world by ensuring powerful drugs and narcotics are not overly easy to attain, no longer walled off by unrealistic prices.
